Quality presentation
We deliver a premium quality designed glass product suitable in many sizes for gifting, grazing boards, cheese platters, catering boxes and gourmet hampering services.
Artesian preferred
The consistency of raw honey varies; thick and crystalised, also runny and clear, these are sourced accordingly, by the culinary sector, to suit the desired cuisine and beverages. Honey flavours vary throughout the seasons. Bulk options are available for these curators.
Hive to table
We do not add anything to our honey to ensure the health benefits are preserved. We harvest the hives (rob the hives), extract and spin the frames and bottle by honey gate a pure product on-site within our boutique 100 hive apiary. We are not a migratory pollination service. Therefore, our location provides a mixed selection of what's in bloom naturally 'honey flow' per flush of flora, and this is how we deliver our wholesome flavour and happy bees.
Our bees forage from a vast selection of local bushland flora, within a rural setting at the foothill of the Mountain.
